We were messaged by a SOCAL Yelper to give a bid for mold removal in their master bath. They were dealing with poor ventilation so our team advised them the problem was merely surface issues and no removal of materials was necessary. They were happy to find out no demolition was needed. We cleaned it out thoroughly and the results... we think speak for themselves!
